At Stress Less World, customer satisfaction is important to us. Our products are made and fulfilled by our trusted print-on-demand partner, Spreadshirt (Spreadshop). Because each item is produced specifically after an order is placed, our return and refund policy differs from that of traditional retail stores.
1. Print-on-Demand Products
All products sold through our USA Store and UK/EU Store are made to order.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges simply because:
- You changed your mind.
- You ordered the wrong size.
- You selected the wrong color.
- You no longer want the item.
- You entered an incorrect shipping address.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Misprinted
- Incorrect
- Different from what you ordered
please contact us as soon as possible.
To help resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem
- Clear photos showing the issue
We will work with Spreadshirt to review your request and determine the appropriate solution.
3. Replacement or Refund
If your claim is approved, the order may be:
- Reprinted
- Replaced
- Refunded
The final resolution is determined according to Spreadshirt's fulfillment policies and the nature of the issue.
4. Return Shipping
If a return is required, instructions will be provided during the claims process.
Please do not return products without prior authorization.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
5. Order Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, cancellations may not be possible once processing has started.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Stress Less World and Spreadshirt are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
7. Delivery Delays
Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only.
Shipping times may vary depending on:
- Destination
- Carrier
- Customs processing
- Seasonal demand
- Weather conditions
Shipping delays alone do not qualify for a refund.
8. Regional Stores
Stress Less World operates separate regional stores for different markets.
Orders placed through:
- USA Store are fulfilled through our United States regional Spreadshop.
- UK/EU Store are fulfilled through our United Kingdom / Europe regional Spreadshop.
Return processing may vary depending on the regional store where the purchase was made.
